Business Development Responsibilities • Maintain Rolling Client Visit Plan & visit clients. Submit contact sheets to GM.• Obtain leads and enter in Sales Pipeline• Handover non subsurface leads to the appropriate team. • Assist Sales Manager, as required by Senior Account Manager or GM, in preparing Umbrella Tenders. • Keep abreast of all developments in the E&P industry in Malaysia• Be active in SEAPEX and other industry bodies. • Build and maintain network at target companies with regular meetings/social events. Data Base & Consultant Relationship Responsibilities • Enter CVs received into database.• Review database for new registrations daily. Establish contact with good candidates.• Alert Senior Account Manager to good CVs. • Maintain regular contact with consultants and their line supervisors – minimum every two months.Consultancy and Manpower Sales Responsibilities • Discuss Sales Pipeline at weekly pipeline meeting• For each assigned lead (working with Senior Account Manager)• Keep Operations Report fully updated • Obtain or prepare job description• Advertise on internal and external website• Search for CVs and contact candidates to discuss availability • and terms• Format CVs with assistance from support staff • Negotiate and finalise terms with clients and candidates • Arrange interviews • Prepare technical and commercial proposal submit to Senior Account Manager for review• Negotiate with client and candidates. • For successful bids complete contract documents with client and candidate for Senior Account Manager Review.• Manage mobilisation of candidates including work permits etc• Meet consultants and line managers minimum every quarter Finance and Administration Responsibilities • Ensure work permits and other administrative issues are managed for new consultants • Ensure contracts are set up in SAP• Assist with accruals• Attend invoicing/collection meetings• Assist in collection problems
