I have helped the patients to write their life story through the aid of computer software and personal photographs.Activities and Personal Achievements:• Maintaining patient’s welfare and safety.• Organising activities which range from playing basic musical instruments to games such as “Scrabble”.• Sustaining a calm head through periods of distress (when patients suffer seizures).• Adjusting to the needs and wants of the patients who have various forms of epilepsy.• As a change of scenery and to present the patients with a new environment I took them to the local pub with a carer. Here I showed a level of maturity in firstly integrating the patients with members of the public and then maintaining a professional attitude when it could have been easy for me to get distracted.
