• Conduct continuous site inspections of the work in progress and consult with both the Engineer’s and Contractor’s supervisory staff.• Coordinate with the Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work & Liaison and co-ordination to ensure financial report is timely and accurate• Assisting in project administration including writing reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, drafting correspondence, tracking project costs, and completing progress reports.• Preparation of Budgeting, cash flow, valuation report of the job every month to keep track of the percentage of the job completed against each item so as to control the deadline and take corrective action.• Check all quantities of subcontractor accounts, re-measure all work carried out and support subcontractors in the preparation of final accounts.
