As an Individual contributor, I ensure smooth flow of visit and work visas to south india and Sri Lanka.Duties includes but not limited to : * Printing data on the vignette with high accuracy and adherence to global standards * Reconciliation of vignettes for the day * Communicate with stakeholder (VFS),If any discripencies and resolve it quickly so that delivery happens on time * Collaborative work with other teams in order to provide timely delivery to customers* Meet agreed targets on a daily basis * provide accurate data to senior management for a evidenced based decision *Managing reputational risks involved in dispatch procedure * Ensuring customers data is being treated highly confidential* handle data from the government database in a sensitive manner

**Maternity Cover**Responsible for British nationals in southern India. Issued Emergency Travel document (ETD) against lost, expired and damaged passport. Prepared bespoke FRRO letters for exit clearance Responded to customer enquiries over Email& telephone.Assisted vulnerable British nationals in our patch.Administrative tasks in order for smooth functioning of consular team.Assisted with consular reception (high profile)where we build contacts in order to get our business done during crises.
