Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of working at the intersection of technology and human behavior, striving to drive meaningful change for people and enterprises. As a passionate problem solver and lifelong learner, I work with exceptional teams and innovative companies in service of driving positive impact through technology and design.Currently, I'm on an exciting journey with Fractal. I work alongside some of the most talented executives in the industry, and serve as the Chief Design Officer and head of M&A integration. In this role, I lead, and learn from, a team of exceptional designers, scientists and engineers. In my previous role as Fractal's Chief People Officer, I had the opportunity to spearhead initiatives that contributed to Fractal's recognition as a Great Place to Work®️. I strive to foster cultures that value inclusion and well-being. I'm passionate about enabling teams to reach their full potential and enthusiastically share insights on health, habits, culture, human behavior, and ethics of AI.I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors at Analytics Vidhya and mentor startups & founders in the technology sector.My early career journey includes valuable experiences in technical roles at Fractal, Prudential UK and IDeaS (a SAS company), where I honed my skills in analytics and consulting. Having had the opportunity to work across North America, Europe, and India, I've gained a multicultural perspective that I hope enriches my contributions. As we collectively navigate the complexities of the AI era, I remain dedicated to ensuring our innovations are responsible, equitable, and serve humanity. In my free time, you can find me on long, meandering walks, allowing my mind to wander and process the complexities of the world around me :-)
