• Responsible for product development which includes developing the processes, equipment and materials for the project. • Present and demonstrate the QEOS product lineup to potential investors and TV media. • Manage a team of 2 engineers and 3 assistant engineers in product development activities.• Setup the operations for the QEOS manufacturing plant for the 58” & 84” television sets.

This role requires skills in equipment programming, equipment troubleshooting &repairs, data collecting, parameter optimization and technical report writing.•Coordinate yield improvement actions for NPI (new product introduction)•Benchmarking of manufacturing technologies and equipment to cater for future customer package requirements based on the market research by the sales teams.•Presenting the quarterly die attach equipment, material and process roadmap to the company board members.

•Responsible for the change management process. Tasks included maintaining company’s proprietary change management software, chairing the weekly review meeting, documenting and implementing all approved changes into production.•Project Manager for the new memory module products for Dell, IBM and Google.•Responsible for the maintenance department including preventive maintenance activities, machine uptime/repairs, equipment training, manpower resources, spare part inventories, safety audits and maintenance budgets.•Responsible to maintain contracts with equipment vendor for service support and advance training.•Responsible for the installation and commissioning of newly purchased production machines.•Presented the department’s operational & manufacturing performance at the weekly operation review to senior management.•Assigned to Dresden, Germany as a subject matter expert on the die bonding process.
