I’ve been able to leverage my strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to find success from the very start of my career. Currently, I’m the Head of Operations at Valocity, a award winning FinTech Company, focused on streamlining transforming the property ecosystem. In my earlier role, I was involed as the director and technical head of Adroit Group. I led the team that worked on the very first corporate assignment in the history of Adroit. In this role, I was able to implement and improve the working methodology and ethics which created more value for our clients. Colleagues know me as an innovative thinker that brings new ideas to most discussions and meetings. My way of thinking also tends to foster ongoing dialogue between the groups that I’m a part of, to ensure every person can add to the pool of meaning and that, as a group, we make the best decision possible.I am a Registered Valuer under the Companies Act in the Land and Building asset class. I received a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) and completed my Postgraduate Diploma program in Financial Management form the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
