 Managing FPNA - Financial Planning and Analysis.• Team Lead for FPNA globally with 3 FTE multiple shifts.• Drive PO Accruals & Forecasting. • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.• Provide financial Analysis of result through open PO report on monthly, quarterly and annual.• Have strong experience in variance analysis – Actual to Budget, Actual to Forecast etc.• Report to client on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of month end financial operations, providing critical support in preparing and reviewing accruals, collaborate with the other teams to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to month end accruals and ensuring timely completion of all month end activities.• Create, review & manage purchase orders for HR Department, ensuring all PO's are accurately documented and approved, resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders with vendors and internal departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the purchase order process.• Support decision making process at operational level with the Ops managers and department heads.• Reporting weekly and monthly operation performance review with client as per SOW.• Have experience in MIS reporting.• Evaluate business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance financial results.• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

To manage and execute the Accounts Payable’s Invoice processing. Provided training to newly joined employees regarding the work flow and sharing the process Knowledge.Responsible for maintaining Daily Matrix and reporting the production to clients as a part of SOW.Actively involved in handling queries raised by client and team and also raised by the business controllers about the process. Performed Quality check for the activities performed by the new team members.
