In his current role, he oversees Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), an enterprise software business that serves global Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure as the leader of the ELM Solutions business, ELM Solutions team continues to make progress in the integration of two PE portfolio companies and accelerating market-share gain. Prior to Wolters Kluwer Raja worked in Financial Services; first as strategic advisor and then as General Manager of American Express Merchant Financing (alternative commercial lending) business that he helped create from the ground up and scaled to more than $1 billion in assets in two years.Raja leads with passion, enabling businesses to achieve and expand market leadership through organic innovations as well as transformational acquisitions.
