Bring efficiency and optimisation in operations through effective use of Technology like station or driver app. Adhering to specific requirement from Customer like Tripsheets of particular type, Invoice submission dates, vehicles of certain type/quality.Experience by meeting all Service requirements like On time reporting, Trained drivers etc. Manage escalations and take corrective measures to avoid repeated mistakes/operational failures.
