I enjoy solving problems, and design is a place where I love to solve them. As I said, design is all about solving problems and finding the best solutions. I have graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (SG) as a product designer.I have worked with some of the design centric and established organisations like TechMahindra, eClerx, Mediamint, Witworks, Webenrich, and now aha.Currently at aha, I lead a team of user researchers, UX designers, and UI designers at the Product design manager level.In the team, I wear multiple hats: those of a people person, a mentor, a designer, and most importantly, a good listener, which helps me to play my other roles and justify them.From the start to my current role in these 9+ years of experience, as a UX designer to a designer manager, I have worked on the complete design process, from understanding the user to business requirements, analysing the user research, to implementing the solutions as a UX designer and visually building them for the user.
