• Support and assist the program manager in monitoring and tracking the progress of the project• Establishing project infrastructure & administering project tools as required• Maintain single source for key project information including: timelines, milestones, issues, risks logs, agenda, meeting minutes, and learnings • Maintaining project documentation in a central repository• Facilitate cross-project communication, maintain Calendar, meeting and resource management
