General Research• Market sector information gathering.• Name gathering of potential “high demand” candidates in a specialty.Candidate-side• Candidate name gathering against specific assignments.• Preparation of effective head-hunting presentations from job orders created or provided by a Managing Consultant and initial approach to potential candidates.• Complete CDS together with attributes for interviewed candidates and ensure properly recorded on PCR.• Assisting selection interviewing.• Understanding the criteria for candidate qualification (MPCs and otherwise “recruitable” candidates).• Advertisements response handling.• Proficient in writing profiles describing interviewed candidates.Client-side• Understanding of the Company TOB’s and the services offered by the company.• Understanding the scope of our services for Retained, Semi-Retained, Exclusive and Contingencyassignments.• Take adequate assignment information to present to a “send out” candidate.
