As a Senior Associate at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, I have had the opportunity apply my Cybersecurity expertise and ServiceNow skills to improve the incident analysis and automation processes for the Security Operations Center (SOC). Train other employees and learn a number of different and useful traits and technologies along the way.I have earned certifications, including but not limited to ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity; Professional acknowledgements for DataBridge, DataLean and other Performance Improvement Efforts, big and small, for my professional development and improving data analysis efforts with ServiceNow and other tools.I have started to gain experience in CMDB and Secrets Management, working with various teams and stakeholders across the organization. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the Institute of Information Technology & Management, where I completed my dissertation on a security testing framework for web applications. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies in the cybersecurity domain and contributing to the security and efficiency of the systems and services.
