 Responsible for Tooling development of New Development Part Cycle time reduction, cost reduction in Various Industries. Negotiation and finalizing the order. Inventory Management (Min Max Level) Prime Responsibility of Zero Stoppage due to tools. Ensuring to meet the assigned target with profitable growth in coordination with end user. Performance review meeting on certain intervals with team and coming out with action plan with deadline in line to meet expectations. Optimization of parameter and process of manufacturing through new combination tools to increase the productivity and to reduce cost per part. Training to new operator and supervisor to strengthen the front line in order to make our position stronger as a technical partner. Trouble shooting of all issues related to Process and cutting tools. Trouble Shooting of all types of Tool wears (Abnormal Wears). New tool trials for cost reduction, tool development. Maintain tool cost w.r.t production value. Taking part in PIP (Productivity Improvement Program) with Production & Engineering team. Using tools like PA (Productivity Analysis) report to present the saving to plant head and all heads from the trials. Compiled data of all tool trials with future action plan. Tool breakage analysis with action plan.
