➢ Take care of all production of engineered stone .➢ Handling of man power & production team for all process & housekeeping and distributing of their work as per requirement.➢ Coordination with production, polishing & dispatch team as a routine work to ensure that all activities lead to fulfill the requirements.➢ To check product development part at laboratory and provide technical support to laboratory staff, if it is required.➢ Production planning as per the requirement & run the production as per the production plan.➢ To maintain raw material stock & requirement as per the stock statement. Informed to purchase team in advance in case of any further raw material required.➢ Analyzing, testing reports of raw materials before unload the vehicle & production. Like: Granule size testing, Whiteness of powder, Contamination, etc.➢ Ensuring to maintain the production & quality parameters during the process. Like: Mixing parameters, pressing sequence, Viscosity of resin, vacuum, temperature of dryer, etc. ➢ Analysis of slabs sorting report for better quality output & to take corrective action in case of quality issue is there.➢ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with set standards and keep a sharp eye on the quality of finish products.➢ To take proactive steps for proper maintenance of all machinery & scheduled maintenance so that better output & performance can draw from machinery. ➢ Oversee the daily production operations, drawing up a production schedule. ➢ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. ➢ Supervise and motivate a team of workers.➢ Coordination & communication with the top management regarding corrective & preventive action in case of any non-conformity is there. Also suggest for changes and improvements and method to implement it.
