I am a software engineer by training with a quality-focused approach to solving complex problems. I have spent 20+ years focused on building scalable (large-scale/distributed) production systems at Microsoft, AddThis, AWS, Turi, Apple, XetHub, and now Hugging Face.As a XetHub co-founder I took on our GTM activities, leading sales and marketing efforts from when we launched publicly.At Apple I started and led the teams building the Data Platform products as part of the ML Platform all of Apple used. At the time I left Apple to start XetHub one of those systems was managing over 100PB.While at Turi, I ventured out of engineering as the inaugural member of the technical sales team, and later led a sales team who helped customers build intelligent applications.I have written production code using (reverse chronological order): Rust, Python, Go, Javascript, C++, Java, C#, C, GNU development environment, Unix development, Windows development, BSD kernel
