Designed and implemented a 3-tier web application designed to replace the legacy faculty effort certification system. The system was built using .NET with storage in SQL Server. The architecture was implemented by a team and completed ahead of schedule.

Embedded Laboratory Systems software engineering intern. Refactored 20 year old C discrete event simulator (C-SIM) into UI, business logic, and network modules. Then migrated the data structures and UI components from the Motif graphics library to the GTK graphics library. This enabled the software to compile and run on Windows for the first time.
