Freelanced for 2 Real Estate residential Projects in Mohali & Zirakpur:- Designed 3D architecture models for upcoming projects- Interior designed sample flats - Created marketing content: brochures, animations & videos- Handled social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) to run ads and contact potential customers- Developed mobile app to pre-book visits and give info about the projects- Monitored construction, operations & procurement- Acquired necessary project approvals from Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab
