I've been heading PR and Corporate Communications at axio (formerly Capital Float) since 2015. My role encompasses designing communications strategy, building the corporate profile, positioning the co-founders and CXOs as industry leaders, reputation and crisis management, and overseeing operational PR. The fundamental tenets of success in my role as Head of PR and Corporate Communications are - strong media relations, achieving TOMA through differentiated messaging, securing high-value media opportunities and effectively amplifying push communication.I've previously led Customer Communications and ORM at axio. Excellent CX can be achieved through effective customer communications by ensuring consistency and efficiency across touch-points, platforms and purposes (promotional, educative/informative, transactional).I have also led Content Strategy and development, Content Marketing and Social Media for axio.

• Handled end-to-end digital campaign management for IBM and Lenovo accounts, covering functions such as campaign planning, devising communication strategy, tactical execution and lead development.• Executed a range of digital marketing activities which included LinkedIn (Sponsored InMail, MPUs, Content Ads, Expandable Video Content Ads), Keyword Search (PPC), Display Banner Advertising on Google Display Network (based on RTB), Content Syndication via third-party such as IDG and social media channels (Facebook and Twitter).

• Wrote tactical, analytic and op-eds on a weekly basis about AC Milan for the second largest Italian football website in the world.• Used social media & podcasting for marketing purposes to grab more eyeballs for my articles, resulting in the highest readership on the website for my work.

• Tutored undergraduates in Retail marketing at one of the top 5 universities in Asia Pacific, top 30 in the world.• Used presentation techniques to reinforce theories and facilitated practical discussions based on case studies.• Evaluated exam papers and case studies. Also provided individual consultations to students, thereby clarifying marketing related queries.

• Marketed some of India’s elite athletes, such as Virdhawal Khade, Sandeep Sejwal, Anup Sridhar, Rohan Bopanna and Ryan Ninan.• Credited for associating Anup Sridhar with Talwalkers Gym; Bounce, Planet Fashion, Barista and Radio City with Sprite Bangalore Invitational Challenge 2008. • Led social media marketing efforts resulting in the company being shortlisted as one of the top 30 hottest startups among 588 entries in the TATA NEN competition
