With over 7 years of experience in the industrial automation and packaging sector of which I’ve spent the better part of the last 5 years in the MSME as an entrepreneur; I have identified the 'must-have' need in MSMEs and developed a unique IIoT product to cater to the demands of my peers across all manufacturing sectors.With a strong team at eCarbon Labs, we’ve been instrumental in transforming the IIoT landscape and bringing disruptive innovations to the industry regardless of the size. We’ve been working relentlessly on bridging the gap between operational technology and information technology and have successfully produced a game-changing IIoT solution for the manufacturing sector.I also spend time leading and managing a packaging manufacturing plant. Packaging sector being a sector with razor thin margins, made me quickly realize the only way to stay ahead in the game is to slash costs to bare minimum and there I identified need for automation. Which again had to be ultra-low cost and low maintenance. I saw the potential for IIoT technology to help this business optimize its operations and gain valuable insights into its manufacturing processes. Made me realize the importance of having miniscule details recorded and analysed which further helped in making accurate decisions on raw material sourcing and production planning.My combined experience in industrial automation and a competitive market such has packaging, has made me look for solutions to reduce cost and wastage and make optimizations in business at every level. With these combined experiences, I have been able to adapt to shifting market paradigms to stay ahead of the curve. I have learned to harness the power of latest technology and combine it with the principles of "brick-and-mortar" types of business to churn out the absolute best results.With keen interest in industrial automation, IIoT and a solid background and experience in mechanical design and industrial automation, I’ve been able to run multiple businesses successfully over the years and have been responsible in bringing in major clients to the company and increase the revenue by over 3000% over the last few years.
