Production Scheduler/Planner (Supply Chain) for Gas Lift Valve & Mandrel• Update the order status report daily, ensuring all notes reflect the current status of the order• Build weekly schedules ensuring on-time delivery internally and externally• Review and plan work orders for all new machining components and tooling returned from thevendor on a daily basis• Planning Production schedule for each work centre to balance even production load• Review and promptly respond to daily sales requests relating to order status on JD EDWARD • Work with Sales and other departments to review capacity for rush orders and expedite• Make Changes to Bill of Material as per Engineering change & Routers for lead time• Review all orders in the backlog, identifying and dispositioning all incomplete orders• Print all work orders from JD EDWARD to be scheduled and deliver on a daily basis• To support Engineering team for new product development.• To implement ECN (Engineering Change Notification) on On-hand & WIP Inventory.• Cost Estimation for Raw material, Tooling & Fixtures, API Gauges, Labour Hours, Cycle time • Analyze, procure and replenish inventory levels.• Generating work orders & Purchase Orders for Welding, CNC/VMC, Assembly worksDaily follow up to Vendors• Raw Material(SS, MS, Monel) Distribution to Vendors for CNC/VMC machining works• Surprise Visit to vendors for monitoring of Confidential drawings & components Production• Outsourcing for Tooling, Consumable, Raw material, Gauges, machining process• Co-ordinate with other departments like Quality, Materials and Maintenance• Review and modify production process when required by conducting time studies & improveplant overall effectiveness.• To Ensure & comply health, safety & Environmental legislation & practices. • Participate in weekly Management meeting (WIG).

Production Planner (Planning for Material, Job allocation to Machine & Operators)• Release Work order for each process• Scheduling jobs based on work centre & monitor production load• Supervision of Production & Manpower• Prepare CAD drawings for Comber Board• Work on Cost Estimation for New Products• Prepare material take-off for each Wire Heald spring Assembly work order.• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely inventory replenishment• To procure spares and raw material requirements for timely completion of production • Maintain customer communication for each work order, shipment status and database • Participate in weekly meetings providing inventory data• Create purchase orders to buy to meet product stock levels

Cost Estimation Engineer• Cost Estimation for Sheet Metal products like Solar Panel Hooks and SS Washers• To calculate Raw material requirement for each work order• To provide lead time in week for each production order considering current production load status in plant.
