I started as a CSR (Customer service representative) the very basic level on lead generation campaigns (Auto insurance and Solar Panel ) and was the top sold guy in the company for over a year. Along with calling for these campaigns I use to take the additional responsibilities such as training of new employees and polishing the selling skills of older team mates who were unable to meet their goals on daily,weekly and monthly basis.

As a chat support agent, the agent is expected to respond to customers an efficient and effective manner.
