• Overall responsible for liner operational End to End process performance and execution of services/ports.• Responsible for Standard Cargo Execution Management transactions (load/ discharge) for Asia Pacific assigned.• Preparation of manifest for the vessels.• Build professional relationship with business units to manage day-to-day business issues and future growth and interact with clients to resolve, daily in the process.• Updating & amending terminal system based on internal system information.• Handling the reconciliation between terminal data and Maersk Systems & assuring that Maersk systems are updated with correct load and discharge data.• Identification of shipments short shipped, over shipped and reporting of the OPS result to stakeholders involved.• Checking discrepancies Data’s received from terminal and Maersk System. Releasing the vessel in system and ensuring that all the discrepancies are escalated to the desk.• Responsible for extracting the vessels from GSIS and updating it in the Workflow with up-to-date ETA fluctuations for every vessel sailing from origin to destination.• Providing necessary inputs to each team within the Imports GSC about the fluctuations. Providing final handover report to the destination.• Performance levels process and GSC meet SLA as defined.

The KYC Record outlines important information about the customer.• Customer or individual who need to transport or shipment their goods from one country to another country will contact us with the official Documents, There is a requirement to conduct research for company information from both internal and external sources, documenting specifics required to satisfy regulations. There are differing requirements depending on where the account is being opened.• Validate the information within the KYC Record to ensure completeness and accuracy (Company/Entity Formation, Ownership, Management, etc.)• Liaise regularly with the business to conduct workload planning, review status of key on boarding’s and prioritize open requests.• While checking a partner account we need to check whether the entity (company) or individual has involved in any fraud or Compliance activities by checking the official document and tools such as DOW JONES etc. • Responsible for the due diligence and record creation in the system ensuring highest level of KYC Record quality.• Ensure initiation email is sent and followed up on as per the prescribed guidelines.• Proactively interact via phone/email/IM with relationship management teams and compliance to update system with information.• Research and collate additional relevant information from internal and external sources to complete KYC Records.• Meet agreed daily targets for KYC Record completion, quality, productivity and customer service.• Perform name screening of entity, directors, beneficial owners, etc. and its disambiguation, as appropriate to client type and create a UO code which bares and links the subsidiary companies of the Ultimate owner.

• Worked in verification and enrolling of customers on the health insurance plans which we create on RUMBA and other applications as per the insurance plans chosen by customers.• Requested Insurance plans details of customer and the details their family members will be received in a SALES FORCE request.
