This has enabled me to successfully lead my organisations towards excellence. My people skills & networking capabilities have, over the years, helped me lead and manage my team's performance towards growth and success. The transformational capabilities I possess have been time-tested & honed on the strength of rich exposure spread over a diverse range of businesses. This has also helped me to successfully transition from a finance professional to a successful CEO & MD. As a CEO, my key learnings include focusing on building a values-driven organisation with focus on performance management, Sustainability, ESG compliance & commitment to good governance, as the main pillars for creating extraordinary stakeholder value. Earlier in my career, I helped set-up and then headed the Business Audit & Review function for RPG Enterprises, the RPG Group's think-tank, as an important business improvement tool.In 2005, I was selected by the ALTANA Group to participate in its first ever Global Senior Management Development Program (Sr. MDP) held over 18 months in 4 continents & 6 countries. The Sr. MDP allowed me exposure to a global faculty of experts and chemical industry veterans, and dealt with subjects & case studies encompassing, inter alia, subjects like Project Management, International Finance, Chemistry, Operations Management, challenges of cross-cultural dynamics, Key Account Management, Managing a knowledge-based work force etc., all of which greatly helped develop key business insights in an international context.As part of the MDP work, I successfully led an international group project on developing a Knowledge Management solution for ALTANA. The recommended solution was successfully implemented on the ground by the parent company, over the next 2 years.At IBA which my partners & I set up, we are mainly focused on providing ‘India Entry’ support services to overseas SMEs & family owned businesses. Such support activities include strategic hand-holding, PMI (post-merger integration) where applicable, governance and compliance advisory.Fortunately, I am keen to and continue to learn and absorb so much new information which I get exposed to, even today.
