Hello, I'm Rajbir, an observer at heart. I graduated from St. Xavier's, Ranchi, and have been an active participant in the entrepreneurial ecosystem for the past three years.I've always been driven by the thrill of starting new ventures, a pursuit that not only excites me but also offers opportunities for exploration and learning. At the age of 20, I established my first venture in the real estate sector - a "Marketplace for hostels." Within six months, I successfully scaled it to include over 200 partnerships and listings.My journey then led me to broaden my skill set and understanding of the education sector. I recognized a significant problem while searching for an educational institute for myself.At 21, I secured funding of ₹20 Lakhs for OSTELLO from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Innovation Lab under the Government of Jharkhand and IIM Ahmedabad on 28th Feb, 2020. Out of 200 promising startups, only 4, including OSTELLO, qualified for funding.Adding to my achievements, I was also a finalist in the Ten Minute Million challenge at IIT Bombay, where I pitched in front of 3000 students and 10 top industry investors from a pool of 1072 startups.Ostello's mission is to empower students with the power of Generative AI, helping them to take charge of their individual career paths and learning experiences. Our goal is to make each student's version of success achievable and personalized.My core strength and expertise lie in the education sector. I am deeply passionate about transforming how students make career choices and seek mentorship, leveraging cutting-edge technology like AI to bring about this change.
