• Coordination of Drawings and Specifications with Trades.• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using PlanSwift software.• Prepare RFI and Submittals.• Manage costs for varying scopes of work.• Prepare necessary field sketches using AutoCAD for Architect/Engineer review.

-Providing academic, research and administrative support forconstruction management and civil engineering faculty, AdjunctProfessors, and department programs.-Preparing course materials and homework and exam problemsand solutions.-Grading homework, exams and assisting with classroominstructions.-Assisting faculty on research assignments.

• Assist the project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects• Help coordinate and manage the project from inception to completion• Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner• Facilitate communications between office and field staff• Track and directly report project status updates to project manager• Prepare RFP's, RFI's and submittals• Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.• Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications• Help create, manage, and maintain the project budget• Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks.• Help create and adhere to project timeline and Calendar.• Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
