Never Stop Media is a Design Business that offers solutions to businesses and organisations of all sizes to help assist, if not redesign their corporate image. As well as design services, Never Stop Media also offer print and CMS website services.My involvement with Never Stop Media is to run and operate the business, finding new clients and maintaining a positive and healthy look to the brand. I have embedded my values in to the business to ensure that the business is ethically operated and helps provide the best possible service.

Instant Training are a training establishment that help both the public and private sector. One side to the business is working with the government to help the unemployed get back to work, and the other side of the business is public training to help motivate and strengthen the mindset in the day-to-day workplace.As Marketing Manager I was expected to market the business in both sectors. Learning and applying different trends to best appeal to both sectors. As I was Marketing Manager, I had few resources available and small budgets to market the business. Learning the customer(s) I was able to be strategic and find ways in to corporate businesses and market Instant Training. An example of one of the projects I endeavoured was the 'collection' of data to use for e-shot marketing. No one readily gives details for you to fill their inbox with emails. So I strategised by offering personalised mugs to the customers with their own drink preference in exchange of a few details, including their email address. From this they were gaining a personalised item that was allowed on their desk and we were able to capture their email and market and 'educate' the client(s) further.Amongst marketing, my other activities were to construct and manage the website for both sectors and design a clean image for the brand, applying it to course material and marketing material.Having gained knowledge and succeeded on a SEO training day with Google (from my business grant|) I was able to apply and maintain the website to best gain the best ranking amongst competitors. With continual persistence, I was able to gain the highest position within search engines.Social Media was also used to educate customers rather than to 'sell' to. This thinking proved to work rather than selling virtually.

I worked primarily as the secondary Graphic Designer to work in the busy studio. Learning the world of printing I was able to apply my design skills to print. Working closely with the Senior Designer and Operations Manager, I was able to provide professional service to both my employer and customer.Working in the studio, experiencing the full production of design ideas to packaging, I was able to take away working in an industry that was alien to me. Primarily working on Digital printing machines and assisting with the litho production I was exposed well to the in's and out's of the printing industry.
