Successfully improved crash simulation throughput by 60% employing sub-structuring/ simplified partial vehicle models while maintaining results reliability.+ Led manufacturing reliability and throughput initiatives doubling stamping/ roll forming production capacity via material handling optimization.

+ Chassis systems – Developed and secured business on various engine cradles, front and rear suspension cross members, torsion bars to meet structural stiffness, strength, permanent set, durability requirements. Achieved over 2Kg mass reduction by packaging space optimization.+ Body Systems – Successfully developed front end crash and “A” and “B” Pillar reinforcements demonstrating cost/mass reductions by utilizing AHSS DP980 steel solutions.
