Supervising the activities of contractors for BHEL ISG for Structural Erection of Conveyor Line (Gallery & Trestle) & Junction Houses in their various routes like Coal, Coke, Ore, Sinter Feed, CDI Coal, SMS & Slag Routes.Activities involved in that are Checking of drawings, foundation location, access to foundation, survey protocols by civil, weekly and monthly planning of various site activities, assembly before erection, placement protocols, placement, alignment (verticality, u/s base plate elevation & centre line), grouting, welding of erected structures, finishing and painting with required DFT.Coordination amongst customer, consultant and HO,Management of Material Unloading and Preparation of MRIV, Daily Progress Reports, Structural Erection Status (Contractor wise & route wise), Weekly and monthly planning for structural progress& other inspection documents.Providing erectable fronts in co-ordination with Civil and attending meetings with clients &contractors.Providing drawings to Structural Contractors and Resolving drawing related issues with concerned designer
