1.Leading & Managing team of Mould designers (10 members) &Mould development team (15 members) also handling team of Engineering (5 members)2.Responsible for all activity of development of Injection moulds from India & overseas. Have experience of developing more than 300+ moulds. Responsible for commercial finalization to mold shipping (all activity)3.Technical review for Mould Design & support to Mould development team micro level planning. 4. Responsible for Mould Design approval & ensure the Mould design is w.r.t. customer inputs.5. MFR review & key support to mould manufacturing through MFR support for first time ok Part.6. Giving direction to team for complete the projects on the time with first time right quality concept.7. Ensure various checklist & systems for Mould design & Mould development till production.8. Support to Marketing team for business growth. And Support production & giving suggestion for better quality & productive inputs. 9. Help team to have conformal cooling in Moulds to better cycle time & to reduce rejections.10. As per moulds’ defect provide improvement suggestion for analysis to core team whenever needed.11. Maximise utilisation of manpower done through various Key performance indicator.12. Final TFC responsibility, before project start. Close monitoring of Time plan as per customer SOP.13. Ensure activity done with first time ok PPAP approval Selection of Design & Engineering, infrastructure, i,e. software, manpower & other resources.14. Maintain MIS analysis sheet & submitting to Top management for management review.15. Review APQP plan frequently & accelerate top management for any high risk.16. Execution, PPAP preparation, approval & responsible for PTR completion till Project handover.17.Experienced to work under IATF system understanding the role & responsibility.18. Monitoring KPI targets with continual improvement activity as per Management requirement.




