I am a skilled and strong operational leader managing one of the largest letter and parcel processing facilities for Australia Post with over 700 staff.I am committed to building a strong team. My passion is empowering my team to become a focussed customer centric unit. I have been heavily involved in mentoring aspiring women in the parcels network and throughout the Australia Post organisation.I provide strong business and safety leadership, with a track record of enhancing productivity, initiating and achieving cost out targets, implementing innovative continuous improvement programs and accomplishing successful business performance outcomes.
