During this internship, I collaborated with a team to help prepare a systems and organization control (SOC) report. A task which I completed was streamlining client walk-through documents by removing redundancies. In addition, I received 15 hours of training in Data Analytics and Visualization to receive a bronze badge in this skill. Lastly, during the capstone project I communicated with 10 teammates to design a business plan to solve the issues COVID-19 has had on business performance.

I reconciled and balanced the monthly budgets with the capital five-year plan for the Engineering Support Organization (ESO). I also examined project workflow process then create or update the relevant process maps in Visio. After improving the process maps I uploaded them to the ESO SharePoint page. During my internship I also built a risk analysis and a Monte Carlo simulation template in Excel to calculate the expected risk and return for capital projects. I also develop a SharePoint communication site for the Central Service Group, another organization within DTE Energy.

I worked with the Academic Pathways to Success (APEX Scholars) program to help students achieve higher scores in courses. This included leading a study group for Elementary Statistics. I also conducted individual appointments for communication and business courses. This role required me to build relationships with students of different backgrounds.
