• Manage the site sectors and bands by reading the RFDS (RF data sheet) file and CD file and match them with what exist on the site• Maintain the KPI values by using a PIM analyzer to measure the value for each port and the distance between the antennas and the External PIM source• Manage site quality and safety by removing all construction support clamps: a potential External PIM source and replace them with new low PIM clamps and cable ties• Control and locate all external PIM sources using a PIM probe attached to a spectrum analyzer tuned to the IM3 frequency• Analyze the multiple pilot and the pilot data for AT&T sites before starting the Passive Intermodulation Mitigation (PIM) work to identify the bad sectors and bad ports for band 14 and band 17 on different sites.• Orchestrate the site KPI to the threshold of -115 dBm for sites by mitigating external PIM sources temporarily by using PIM blankets or permanently by using PIM tape, RF paint, or PIM foam• Develop, design and complete comprehensive reports that include data compilation and analytics for effective communication of project plans, processes, results, recommendations and conclusions.

• Devising test plans, test site scheduling, equipment calibration and setup, Radio Frequency signal measurement and data analysis.• Testing wireless electronics equipment, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment of the wireless network to improve network quality.• Troubleshooting equipment as needed, and monitoring telecommunication networks to ensure network availability to all system users.• Prepare/review prepared RF affidavits and documentation to support site development and zoning requirements and to be presented at zoning hearings as required.
