➢ Handling end to end recruitment in all levels.➢ Contact Clients and maintaining good relationship.➢ Understanding the Requirement.➢ Identify, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to specific client requirements.➢ Post the open position details in job sites and mass mailing.➢ Searching the Right Candidates from the use of Internet resources for example, Google, Job Portals (Naukri.com, Monster India, Shine.com) and our own Database, Head Hunting and Employee referral, Networking, LinkedIn or getting reference from the candidate for any rare skill sets.➢ Screen and recruit candidates on all levels through telephonic interaction as per the requirements.➢ Screen and short list resume sourced for the requirement based on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and Salary expected, technical skills, date of joining, location, and any legal commitment towards the present organization.​➢ Formatting the profile of the candidate in a professional way before submitting to the client.➢ Backfilling the position in case a candidate aborts.➢ Preparing daily report, weekly, monthly recruitment and report to the Manager Recruitment.
