 Review tender documents, specifications and drawing to ensure its completeness including proposal preparation and approvals in accordance with company standers. Review client’s specification and analyze the methods of fabrication and calculate man-machine hrs and material take off from drawing and specification for the materials and commercial proposal against tenders received from various clients. Sending enquires of various items (Switchgear, Relays, Transformer, Busbars, Cables, and Sheets etc). Preparation of specification, drawing etc for approval from ultimate clients. Evaluation of techno-commercial offer (i.e. Switchgears, Relay, VFD,Soft starter) from sub vendor & evaluate and Negotiations with vendors and clients. Interact with client for techno-commercial aspects.
