Good Understanding of H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, USC, L1,L2,B1,B2 Part of Direct and vendor management team. Sourced candidates through portals, Networking/ Referencing, job fairs, employee referral. Understanding and identifying clients requirements. Screening resumes and short-listing candidates as per the requirement. Arranging interviews & Handling the preliminary round of interviews. Coordinating with all dept heads for planning and scheduling selection process.
