Front Office Operations, Food and Beverage Division (Culinary, Service)Accommodations Operations, Rooms Sales & FNB Sales, IT, Procurement & Store, Human Resource, Engineering, Security, Safety and Compliances, Finance and Revenue Management Present Job Responsibility:• Meeting all the Compliances of the Hotel within specific Time Line.• Working with all the HODS to Close the Audit Points for H1 & H2 Audit• Attend Monthly MIS Review meeting with the COO & Corporate finance• Coordinating with Revenue & Distribution team on daily basis for the OTA rates and inventory• Review Debtors ageing with sales team and Finance team weekly once• Attend Review meeting with Lemon tree Corporate office monthly once with the YTD MIS, ORM ( Online Reputation Management ) Scores, Debtors ageing, Creditors ageing, Forecasted PNL• Preparing Annual revenue & Expense Budget for the hotel taking inputs from the MIS Team• Morning meeting with all HODS on daily basis to make sure we maximize profit with zero complains• Monthly Compliance meeting with Internal Auditors Show less
