Rajdeep has over 20+ years of rich experience as a Cyber Security Program Leader working on AI Security, Secure SDLC, Application & Platform Security, Cyber Threat & Vulnerability Management, Red Teaming, Cyber Threat Intelligence & Landscaping, Risk Management etc. Through his experience in niche security areas he can influences business strategy and business development decision through strategic leadership, vision and guidance. He also has a strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with Board level, business senior management, colleagues and external parties.- Strategic thinking, the ability to determine priorities, and a tenacious approach to ensuring delivery, working with both internal and external stakeholders.- Provide vision and leadership required to develop and execute the global cyber security strategy and roadmap to guide the ongoing direction to the Organization's cyber security posture.- Lead and manage all aspects of Threat and Vulnerability Management, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) Program Management, deep understanding of Network and Web Application Penetration Testing including execution of Red Teaming in high visibility CISO Programs.- Lead development and delivery of a responsive and effective cyber security operations capability that will identify, contain and resolve cyber security incidents by minimizing business impact and meeting compliance and reporting obligations.- Cyber Threat Landscape Profiling and Threat intelligence analysis and categorization based on organization’s technology footprint.Provided below are some of my achievements and eminence activities:-> Winner of Global Cyberlympics – Middle East and India Regional Championship (a UNO and EC-Council initiative - October 2011), joint 3rd place winner at Global Cyberlympics finals, held at Virginia, USA.-> Ranked 7th in the web based OWASP Global Capture the Flag (CTF) 2013 hacking challenge held at Hamburg, Germany at OWASP AppSec EU.-> Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) - Consumer Security (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012)
