As a dynamic and proactive Computer Systems Technician-Software Support student at Mohawk College, I bring a solid foundation in full-stack development, with proficiency in C#, Python, and Java, alongside expertise in database management, software testing, and technical support. My hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk allows me to effectively troubleshoot and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.Currently, I am expanding my skill set through an operations and IT helpdesk co-op at Rhenus Logistics, where I provide critical technical support to regional facilities and end-users. In this role, I collaborate with the Group IT Team to maintain and troubleshoot all IT-related equipment, serve as the first point of contact for users seeking assistance, and manage IT inventory. I perform onsite troubleshooting, manage hardware setups (such as RDT handhelds and label printers), and support warehouse management systems, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.With a basic understanding of Active Directory and mobile device management (MDM), I continually enhance my technical expertise and am always eager to learn from colleagues.
