CurrentManage HR Admin Transactions, Transformation, GO-Live and BAU Deliver for Global Client.Provide Administrative support for North America and UK Region in the areas of Operations and Talent Development.Team Management and ensure the roll-out and execution of HR Operational process in line with the agreed calendar, including Ownership of Employee Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Data Management, Employee Separations, MonitoringPerformance quality and ensuring client satisfaction.Drive the Team to contribute towards process improvement and implement process automation for Global programmes adherence to local HR policies and Procedures.Evaluate Personnel workloads to support capacity planning, FTE Analysis, Time & Motion study and adjusting case management according to available staff.Supervise HR Operations via ServiceNow case management system and provide resolution to errors & Escalations as per agreed Service Level Agreements.Planning employee schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands to ensure no delay/deviation in SLA.Ensure all Process documentation (Process maps and procedures and SOP) is up to date in the relevant systems within agreed timelines-Liaison with Internal delivery teams and global stake holders.Proactively identify gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions in partnership with the respective Global HRBP and Internal Stake holders.Manage all regular Project Reporting, MIS, Dashboards requested of HRIS and ensure data quality and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc report
