This required a keen understanding of the intricacies of each district's requirements and regulations.On the technical administration front, I was responsible for planning maintenance, both preventive and routine, and for ensuring operational coordination across a network of 120 Food and non-food Godowns spread across West Bengal. Periodic audits and inspections of food grains and non-food items, along with quality control checks, were integral to my role. I implemented curative control measures in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest product quality.An essential aspect of my responsibilities involved exploring commercial opportunities, including leasing out Godown space to depositors on various pre-determined business modules. This not only optimized resource utilization but also contributed to the financial sustainability of the operations.Furthermore, I meticulously monitored the allotment, re-allotment, and de-hiring of Godowns, ensuring that these critical assets were utilized effectively and in alignment with the organization's objectives.
