I am a highly experienced civil engineer with over 14 years of expertise in managing various responsibilities at NTPC Limited, India's largest power utility. My skill set includes framing construction contracts, project execution and management, developing technical aspects of contracts, handling legal and contractual aspects of engineering contracts, complying with statutory norms, vendor management, supply chain management, inventory management, and managing human resources.Throughout my career, I have executed and completed a range of mega civil engineering structures in all verticals of power projects, including thermal, hydro, and coal mining. My project management and construction expertise encompasses various areas like dams, barrages, desilting chambers (underground and overground), tunnelling works, HRT, rock support, anchoring, shotcrete, piling, retaining structures, foundations, etc. Additionally, I have domain expertise in constructing various infrastructure projects, such as high-rise buildings, HVAC systems, fire systems, MEP systems, switchgear buildings, railway sidings, concrete and bitumen roads, bridges, and warehouses.Currently, I am responsible for managing the construction of a 74-hectare township project for Talaipalli CMP, which includes various buildings, a road network, MEP systems, and sewer and water harvesting systems. In the past, I have been involved in project management and execution of major civil structures for 520 MW Tapovan HPP, 261 MW Khasiabara HPP, and 120 MW Rammam HPP, among others.
