Being an AI/ML Leader and a SPOC for L3/Development, my primary goal is to lead a team of Data Engineers, whose action is totally getting the terabytes of Data preprocessed for predictive modelling. We as a team is responsible to get huge amount of unstructured data from various sources and deliver great quality data in various format to the machine learning model to generate great accuracy. Here as a Data Engineering Lead, I'm not only managing Extremely Big Data, with the help of Spark Framework in specific clubbed with little Hadoop integration in few components, but also responsible for containerizing the applications with the help of Kubernetes, and leading the process and ensuring proper CI/CD deployment.In addition to that, I am leading the test team, whose main activity is to create end to end and various other test cases using Selenium-Robot Framework.Before that, I worked as an ardent Data Science and Machine Learning Specialist , being that, I analyze humongous amount of Data to find Actionable Business cognizance using Machine Learning, which allow organizations to take right decision at right time to uplift desirability.I'm having strong analytical background and and 8+ years of experience using predictive modelling, various Supervised and Unsupervised Learning and ANN, CNN & RNN to solve challenging business problems by leading a group of Machine Learning Engineers. Also, I'm Involved in Python open source community and passionate about unsupervised and deep reinforcement learning.Myself a B.Tech, MBA, and further pursuing M.Tech in Software Systems (Data Analytics/Data Science Specialization) I have worked for past 14+ years for various IT/Telecom Fortune-500 companies, providing them customized solution on predictive analysis. Before that, my assignments were, Technical project management, where my expertise were successfully used as a liaison between TEC and Global PM wing with main feature on cost effectiveness, smooth running of the project and checking the technical viability and negotiations regarding Service Agreements with big shots of my client/s etc.
