MyselfI provide stainless steel products such as pipes, round bars, flanges, fasteners, pipe fittings, and valves. I provide all of the above materials as per customer requirements in nickel and super nickel alloys as well. Business is mainly B2B so main customer base is pharmaceuticals, chemical, fertilizers, fabricators, paint manufacturing companies all over India. I am good at managing people. As we say management is the art of getting things done by people. In the literal meaning of this words I like to manage people and research things in depth and plan and get the work done according to plan. If given a team and a task I guess ill use 3/4th of the time in planning and preparation to get the best results from my team. Though it has its drawback sometimes my excess analysis leads to paralysis. I think its about bringing a balance. My Belief systemThough I am good at accounting and basic direct/indirect taxation since my graduation days I never pursued CA. As only thing that excites me the most is entrepreneurship. I feel an entrepreneur has the ability to change lives thousands at a time. I believe in the philosophy that if you have a talents of an entrepreneur you shouldn't stagnate yourself with a job or small enterprise, you shouldn't be content with aiming less, instead you should grow your business as much as you can and make sure you employ- as you give livelihood, create wealth for people-shareholders, bring innovation to society.
