CurrentHead of HR and Learning for India Location responsible for HR Operations, C&B, L&D, Business Partnering, Compliance, Wellness, DEI, and Employer Branding. Provide direct leadership of a team of HR Partners, acting as a strong role model, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation for professional growth. Work closely with the business leaders. Establish key talent metrics and KPIs to report on and measure performance within the business unit and proactively highlight areas of risk and opportunity. Use a data-driven approach to analyse trends, inform decisions, and implement actions to increase productivity and retention (engagement survey data, performance data, exit trends)Collaborate with operational leaders in the development of an empowered and accountable culture with shared priorities for a positive work environment. Leverage human resources subject matter expertise in the formulation, recommendation, and deployment of HR programs and policies that combine strategic sense with tactical execution. Exercise independent discretion and judgment to make critical decisions in administering internal policies and controls in compliance with applicable legislation (SOC, Information Security, Internal audits, CMMi, ISO).Playing an active role in the Integration of GalaxE Solutions with Endava Inc after the acquisition.
