Who is this Rajeb? Well, this half Filipino and half Surinamese is a hard workng freelancer with the dream to support cultures and societies from my point of view. My passion is to entertain people with the purpose to inspire, motivate and to enjoy moments. It really doesn't matter for me how I do this...it can be with dance, music, theather or even a simple talk.While I try to inspire people, it brings the responsibility of a role model with it. And as a role model, I believe you should be the person where others could learn from. If you combine this with good energy you will earn respect and you will be a trustworthy person to everyone.I studied CMV (Culture and Society development) and learned important facets of the cultural and social domain. One specific that I still think a alot about is"Evidence Based Practise". The sense of evidence based practise is actually a good solution. Professionals should be trusted to make decisions in combination with good evidence and the client to solve problems. But the social and cultural domain are both so dynamic, that good professionals constantly would be busy with checking evidence and adapting, instead of actually experiencing and actually relate to persons. If we lose that to working behind a desk looking at numbers and statements, it would be a disaster. I think EBP could be usefull as advice per 6 months or so. And with that the professional should decide if it is usefull or not.
