• Supplier on boarding and development for TVs, Camera & Electronics accessories.• Planning daily and weekly deals and merchandising of assigned category products.• Analysis of sales data and provide forecast inputs to Procurement and Planning team while maintaining the category• budget and having the right inventory.• Assist customer service team in any post sale issues or queries.• Negotiate prices with suppliers in order to offer the best deals for the customers.• Monitor inventory ageing and plan any stock clearance or special offers.• Daily monitoring of product level sales data and plan the merchandising to improve the conversion

Job Responsibilities:• Vendor relations for top selling brands in TV, camera, smart watches, gaming’s & other gadgets categories.• Negotiate annual vendor contracts and monthly promotional dollars that led to an increase in category selection and margins.• Develop new promotional and pricing strategy for TV, camera, smart watches, gaming’s & other gadgets categories leading to an increase in sales and margin.• Analyse week on week sales data to identify fast moving items to plan sourcing. • Merchandising strategy including Price & Margin strategy, Store front activities, Web traffic Conversion analysis and Inventory planning.• Inter department communication for smooth flow of business, problem solving for customer issues, payment issues, listings & marketing promotions.• Ensure optimal inventory levels for lines including inventory turns and reduction of aging inventory while maintain good selection.• Regular review of competition in terms of product range, price point, marketing initiatives and customer offerings.• Developing relationship with brands to ensure wide range availability of products on the site.• Keep up with latest market trends to make the latest products available for pre-order for customers.

Responsible for identifying improvements and maintaining the sourcing strategy for the purchase of goods.On-board and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, stock and latest products.Work with marketing team to identify to offer best deals & product placement in the website on a daily basis.Daily, weekly & monthly analysis of Sales, Inventory, Pricing and Promotions.Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to the respective manager.Track trends in consumer consumption to determine which products should be sold.Ensure all range of products are available for selection and sourcing for inventory & customer order fulfilment.Ensuring stock availability and ensure inventory is properly distributed across item types.Issue resolution for post-sale issues and in-house after sales warranty.
