Current1. Keeping record of employee’s retirement funds and issuing as per their request by maintaining companies, State and Federal rules & provision.2. Calculating eligibility of loan, pre-retirement withdrawal and disburse the funds accordingly.3. Taking necessary steps to collect unpaid and un-cashed funds.4. Preparing the statement for the participants’ and plans accounts. 5. Responding customers quarry and solving issues.6. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of my team member.7. Overhead reconciliation which supports budgetary control.8. Processing journals and maintaining general ledger as necessary, accurately and timely manner.9. Assist to coordinate disciplinary proceedings, grievance handling & inquiry on disputes settlement.
