It has been a challenging role at GE, but I really enjoyed it and never gave up. I struggled for few months initially but then realised that there is no subsitute to performace, got my head down and foccused on only one thing, delivering numbers month on month, my role involved the following.•Identifying potential branches and signing them.•Helping the branches to come up as per companies standard.•Recruitment of branch staff both sales and back end.•Training of branch principles and branch staff.•Driving business through branches.

• Building relations with reputed corporate Investors and promoters of real estate .• To tie-up with reputed real estate advisor’s and brokers and to encourage them to deal with HSBC only, on account of transparent dealing as they enter into an agreement directly with the bank.• Play a role of Bank ambassador for providing information on various products and services of the bank including “Smart Home” (because of which HSBC has an edge over the competitors) and the newly launched “My Home”.• To promote other products including wealth management and Insurance.• To Co-ordinate with various departments in the bank for smoother processing of home loan applications in order to give complete satisfaction to the customer.

• To contribute towards achieving branch targets both qualitative and quantitative by coordinating with the sales force and the Branch Staff• To Work towards widening the retail base by developing new markets and targeting new customer groups.• To handle customer quarries and complaints
