I'm working with ICT for nearly a Decade and have a dynamic overall rich experience of over 15 years and currently spearheading as Senior Manager with ICT.I have well honed expertise in the areas of managing metrics, application of quality management and ability to manage teams and attain performance targets.I have extensive exposure to a comprehensive range of team management activities, with efficacy at managing the process by controlling backend activities.I'm looking after the Contracts department at ICT. Contracts are a very important aspect in every business. These documents greatly affect business profitability and can build solid business relationships between different organisations. The contract management process is the interaction between the Client and the consulting company that ensures that both the parties meet their respective obligations in any procurement relationship. The aim is to meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the Contract and provide profitable interaction.Prime Responsibilities:The main responsibility of the Contract Manager is to include various elements of Contract administration, analysis and implementation. Contracts (various, including), drafting, evaluation, Non Disclosure Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Lease Agreements, Sub- Contract, Consulting Agreements as per FIDIC Conditions. I do provide necessary assistance to various Government Departments such as NHAI, MoRT&H, NHIDCL, PWD, TANROADS and KeNHA in preparing and finalizing the Consulting Contract Agreements.Evaluated and monitoring of Contract performance to determine the need of Contract amendment or extension and compliance with contractual obligations.Preparation and review of cost proposals or request for proposal cost elements.Interface with business owners in the development, implementation and maintenance of contract management process.Ensure Contract terms and conditions were negotiated in the best interest of the company to mitigate business risks and maximize financial objectives.Participate on cross functional projects in conjunction with various departments.Ensure that the signed Contracts are communicated to all relevent parties to provide Contract visibility.Ensure implementation of Quality Management System in the Division and take corrective or preventive action for improving effectiveness of the system.Serve as a role model for the team by reinforcing organization goals and demonstrating respect for others.
